Located at the back of the Tennis Court at Homesite Subdivision is a quaint restaurant which serves one of the best Baby Back Ribs in Bacolod City. Despite its royal-sounding name, Lord Byron’s Backribs is very unassuming and first-timers may think it’s just an ordinary watering hole. The restaurant is made of bamboo and nipa and the dining area has no walls. But since it’s a private residential area, you don’t get a lot of pollution from jeepneys and tricycle.
Lord Byron’s only serve baby backribs and pork barbecue. At P125 per meal which already include rice and achara, I think they have the cheapest Baby Back Ribs in Bacolod City. The meat is very tender and it easily falls off the bone. I think the secret to the best Baby Back Ribs is the sauce. Their Back Ribs come in two flavors, Barbecue and Sweet and Spicy and you can also ask for extra sauce.
It is advisable to reserve your table and place your order before going there. For weekdays, reserve before 6pm since they usually get fully booked after around 7pm. Reserve even earlier on weekends. Lord Byron’s now has a takeout counter at Nara St. near the Triangle Island Plaza Mall.

I remember going there one time with a friend and they were close on a weekend.
But like what you said, their name is famous for having the back rib in a cheaper price! And it’s nearer to the house of my friend!

Vir

I think they’re open on Saturday but not on Sunday.
