In 2008, I started this blog dedicated in the promotion of Negros Occidental as a tourism and investment destination. In 2011, I got married to a Negrense and we decided Bacolod City is the best place to live and raise our family.
How I became a Real Estate Broker
My journey as a Real Estate Broker started with my Negros Occidental travel and lifestyle blog. In my blog I feature destinations. reviews restaurants and hotels as well as post about the latest real estate developments in Bacolod and Negros Occidental. Readers started contacting me for various information on life in Bacolod as well as on real estate properties. I would patiently reply to their emails and would refer them to my REALTOR® friends and mentors Atty. Eli and Elena Gatanela of E. Gatanela Realty. That’s when they encouraged me to take the Real Estate Brokers Exam last May 2015 which I successfully passed. I was already helping people find their dream homes in Bacolod City so I might as well become a Real Estate Broker. So here I am, a Partner Broker at E. Gatanela Realty Co.
