GrabCar is now back in Bacolod! I’m really glad that GrabCar is back in Bacolod with operating hours from 5:00 AM to 12:00 midnight. I am a user of GrabCar service even before the pandemic and I wish every major city in the Philippines can have this service. Our taxis left much to be desired in terms of comfort, COVID-19 readiness, convenience, safety, and driver courtesy.

GrabCar drivers go through a lot of training and most of them are professionals and have other jobs. The feedback system is very useful since you can see the ratings of the driver. Plus, GrabCar drivers don’t smell. So far, I have not encountered a rude GrabCar driver and have not given a rating lower than 5 stars.
Safety
Whenever I go home late from work, my family don’t have to worry since I usually take GrabCar. Rides are monitored and recorded through the app and GrabCar has the records of the drivers so everything is traceable.
You pay a premium when you use GrabCar compared to a taxi. But when you consider the advantages, it far outweighs the additional cost. Once again, for safer mobility, use GrabCar everyday, night and day.
