Carlos Hilado Memorial State College (CHMSC) in Talisay City is the top performing school in the November 2019 Civil Engineering board exam for those with 50 or more examinees. Out of the 50 students from CHMSC who took the exam, 49 passed or a total of 98%.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 6,510 out of 15,075 passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Civil Engineering in key cities in the country.
